The truly horrific part of this is that only the word British is fiction.
Everything else here actually happened to women all over the Middle East in the last fifty years, while the rest of the world turned a blind eye.
Not a single country was like this when I was born.
The organization behind this seems to be Let Women Speak.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful is all the girlbosses and female warriors and “She Persisted”ers actually rose up and stood up for something truly worthwhile, like freeing women to show their hair or rescuing nine-year-olds from marriages to old men?
There are so many Americans who have waited their whole lives to have something for which to stand up and fight. Now that such a time is upon us, may they, finally, not pick the wrong side.
Pray for Iran. May their hair wave freely again!

Change "British" to "Brand New" and it's exactly right all over the world since the religion's inception. It's why it needs to be stopped in the US ASAP. Britain is going to look like Iran in 10 years if they don't start laying down their lives to stop it because they've passed the point of no return without such sacrifice 10 years before. What kills me is how the elites of that nation, the nobility, and government made it happen. How did such suicidal self hatred become the leadership of a nation? I guess this is what happens to all empires when they fall out of their golden age.
