One1 year, John lost his job. It was a Sad Puppies year. His fans were so generous that it paid all our bills for 3 months. During that 3 months he wrote iron Chamber of Memory, which has its own really interesting story (and which I highly recommend. It's like a Charles Williams book written by CS Lewis.). And there was so much, we were able to go to Chincoteague, God bless them.)
And how funny! One of my favorites books at that time was also Misty, and my 8-year -old best friend and I played ponies,too! Did you ever try eating grass, just because?
I strongly recommend Chincoteague Island Vacation Cottages if you're looking for a place to stay. They're wonderful to work with. We've been coming for 16 years now. And they're reasonably priced related to other things you might get on the island.

My mom taught us how to pull out the inner grass stalk on mature grass and eat the edible nib. :-)

It’s funny but out of the blue I just was looking at staying on Chincoteague this past week. I’ve never been there but now I’m determined to go!
