Emboldening the Wolves
Why repeatedly calling your political opponents names may be a really bad idea.
We’ve all heard of the Boy Who Cried Wolf and how one downside to constantly crying wolf—or nazi or racist or whatever—is that when the real thing comes, no one believes you.
But there’s another downside.
My husband has been talking about this for years, but I’ve only begun to see it actually happen recently.
When you continually cry Wolf!…the wolves start listening, too.
They are emboldened. They think there are more of them out there and, thus, are more willing to come out and attack.
What does this mean in real life?
Recently, I’ve begun to see stories like this. These all come from people I know, not from random comments online:
Sweet 70-year old man is heckled by three large teenage boys for having a liberal sticker on his car.
A Jewish student is told he will be put in a gas chamber by a “MAGA” roommate.
Black K-12 students being told that Trump will repeal their right to vote.
A friend being told online—by someone on the Right—that he is going to be deported because he happened to have a Hispanic name. (This last one I saw with my own eyes. It happened on Facebook on my own wall.)
I had been worried for a long time about the effect of the Narrative on the Left inside its bubble, but it had not occurred to me to worry about the effect of the Narrative on those on the Right who also happen to be trapped inside the bubble.
One of the problems with the old-school media constantly telling people that Trump’s followers are nazis and racist and anti-alphabet soup is that those who disagree with the Narrative begin to associate with the things the media is telling them the opposition cares about.
This is especially true, I fear, of young men.
Tell them long enough that they are racists or garbage or whatever, and they start to think, “F* it. So I am.”
And this is very, very bad for the rest of us.
Politicians on the Right can be very outspoken, but I have been noticing of late that they seldom insult the voters, the people, on the left.
Their followers do, libtards and such, but the actual Conservative politicians attack ideas. They might say “This policy is dumb as…” but they don’t go after the voters.
This may have to do with the difference between how the two groups think.
Conservatives tend to be results-oriented. A plan works, or it doesn’t. The policy is a good one or it is bad.
But Liberals operate more like a family.
Or a tribe.
This is why they tend to favor Socialism and Communism—ideas that suggest that the government act the same way a family acts.
If you are part of a family or a government, the worst possible thing would be to be exiled, put outside of it.
So the main form of attack is to suggest that an idea, a person, is outside the family, the tribe.
“That’s a far-right idea.”
Immediately, the loyal family member backs away from this foreign idea to come back into the fold.
Only, it only works…for a time.
When I was about twelve, I suddenly lost control of my emotions. I had not cried in ages, but suddenly, I started crying uncontrollably when things upset me.
After the first time I burst into tears when my father yelled at me, my mother took me aside afterwards and said something like, “I understand why you did that but keep in mind that tears only work if they are rare.”
This hurt my feelings quite a bit—because I had not done it on purpose. I had not wanted to cry.
But I remembered what she said.
Something like that is also going on with the Left. Crying—calling people racist, nazi, deplorable, garbage, etc.—never bothered those who were truly on the Right. But those in the middle or who were on the Left at the time, before the Left left them, they only jump at name-calling about as often as the townsfolk come when the boy cries Wolf!
Sooner or later, they stop coming.
Sooner or later, like tears, the name-calling loses its effectiveness.
On fellow tribesmen.
The one group it never loses its effect on is: the wolves.
The wolves hear it. They think there are more and more of them.
They start coming out of hiding. They start recruiting.
Boys and young men inside the Narrative, who have been hearing themselves described as wolves their whole lives, start believing it. They become vulnerable to being recruited by the real wolves.
And the culprit here is: The media.
No boy who understood how pro-Jewish and pro-Israel Trump was would threaten a fellow student who happened to be Jewish because Trump won—if the media had not deceived him.
No young man who understood how pro-legal immigration Trump was—and how he only wants to get put out those who have come in illegally, especially the criminals—would talk about deporting solid citizens based on national background…if the media had not deceived him.
No youth who understood Trump’s lifelong good relationships with Blacks would threaten a Black student with losing his rights—if the media had not lied to him about who Trump was.
The media and its Narrative is turning our citizens into wolves.
It is time to break the Narrative and reinstate truth.
How is that done?
To man, it may be impossible, but to God, all things are possible.
The Father of Lies may be the Prince of the Earth, but Lies lose all power before the Lord.
“And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” (John 8:32.)
This is a great point, and one I had not considered before.
The wolves have been howling for some time.
"You're a bigot, a phobe, an anti-this, an anti-that."
So they snarled to access the lambs.
It wasn't the boy crying wolf.
It was the wolf himself.
To take the example that people ever have haunt them, the Nazis.
How did those wolfish men come to be?
The times were bad, instead of shepherds, you had wolves. Sheep would sell their meat and the meat of their lambs for pittance.
Communism ran rampant in the cities.
The Institute of Sexology and other places waxed in power.
If all you knew of Jews were the bankers, the likes of monstrous wolves like Magnus Hirschfeld, hating them would be not at all a mystery.
When people are ruled by wolves, they'll happily accept the paw of another wolf promising to free them. In dark times, they don't care if sheep are ground up with the wolves that afflicted them, ironically the likes of bankers and perverted human experimentators easily enough fled to America, to the extent that a number of our lupine poisons still have root in that vile institute.
Part of what has turned people to the white wolves, is that for years only a few dared to speak against the wolves of the other tribes. By making jews, blacks, and various minorities protected classes, so too the wolves among those kinds were protected.
Too many were silent. Too many happily cried wolf.
It takes only a few wolves to brand a flock as wolves in sheep's clothing.
It would be better if people repented, if Trump and his civic nationalism cleared out the wolves.
Failing that, nationalists deporting wolf and sheep alike for the sake of avoiding bloodshed would be good.
If even that fails, you will have far more than names, threats and mean-spirited memes.
The real wolves are those who have pushed people to such a brink as to engage in necromancy, to seek out old dead faiths and political parties!
The larping nazis of today are mere coyotes in comparison. So long as those howlers are not silenced, you will see men become wolfish, not caring who is caught in the way of their bloody revenge after years of being brow beaten.
If conservatives had even once managed to conservative even an accursed bathroom, had the majority not been the wing of the same bird that paid respect to wolven overlord would things have gotten to the point where even monarchists have risen from the grave?
Truthfully for everyone's safety separation would be in good order, but we shall all see if Trump can quell the bloodrage that is even still building.
Now is the time to hunt the wolves that gripped power and voice, that shaped the narrative. To silence the cries of 'wolf, wolf!'.
If you have worries of the undead wolves, of nazis and the like, they'll lose power if there are no more protected classes, no more foreign aid, no DEI.
If the wolves within are driven out, those without will no longer be persuasive.
Best keep eyes on the prize, so to speak.
But, as great as Trump might be, will he have guts to spill the blood of the treasonous? To silence the baying of the wolven media? To be a good echo of that heavenly shepherd?
It would be best if things went well.
Yet, this teller suspects there is stuggle still, and that a cornered wolf is most dangerous. You might slow the violent break up of the USA, but stop it completely? The cruel record of history is filled with multicultural becoming monocultural, gaining strength and delusions of empire, becoming multicultural and then in bloody violence becoming monocultural once more. The Devil disposes of his servants again and again. God shall not tolerate a second Babel either.
Yes, the howls of "You're a bigot, a phobe, an anti-this, an anti-that." shall reach an ever more fevered pitch before the end.
We ever wish to avoid bloodshed, or seek bloodshed, like when He came, people wished to be delivered from the Roman rule of the day.
We already have the path of salvation, and till the end the rise and fall of history will continue, man ever trying to remake Babel, till at last willingly or unwilling every knee shall bow.
Still, we can pray for man to not become wolf.
