Election Fraud 101
It has come to my attention that, even though election fraud has been in the news regularly both at the end of 2020/beginning of 2021 and for the last six months, many people seem unaware of the methods by which election fraud is being perpetrated. So, here, are some basics for those who new to the subject.
There are many kinds of election fraud.
Ballot Harvesting — this one is shady, but not everyone thinks it is illegal. This is the process of “helping” people fill out their absentee ballots. The problem is that often it is not clear if the people, say at a nursing home, understand what they are filling out. Some states forbid this. Some states allow it.
Precinct Hijacking — In many states, if you get one jurisdiction in a big city to wait until after the votes are in across the rest of the state, you can steal the whole state, just by adding extra votes until your candidate has more votes than the other guy. This was being done in Northern Virginia, which is how I became interested in this topic before Trump even ran the first time.
The vote would come in at 9:30. Around 11:30, two last stragler jurisdictions would report, flipping the whole state. When I commented online that they must be reporting late because they have so many people, a friend wrote me privately and said, “I used to work for one of those jurisdictions, not very long ago, we got our votes in at the same time as everyone else.” When I asked him if they were cheating, he said yes.
This is the way that a number of states were stolen in 2020…just a few places stopped counting in the evening, said they would resume at 9am, and suddenly reported 200,000 plus votes for Biden at 2 to 4 am.
How did they get these extra votes?Ballots from Non-Existent Places — In Georgia, for instance, dozens, or even up to seventy, ballots have been traced to addresses that are not homes or do not exist at all, abandoned lots, etc. There are fake votes. There is no real voter. For instance, in Georgia, they have found voters registered at places like a busstop, with no house or beds.
Duplicate Ballots — when a real ballot is scanned more than once. This was caught on film in a number of places by security cameras. Reports coming out from the what was found in Fulton County (either by the local council in Georgia or more recently by the FBI ) include images in the flash sticks for the machines of the same ballot, with the same serial number, being scanned twice or many times.
Cured Ballots — Ballots that don’t scan are taken into the back and rewritten by workers to be scanned again. Problems: In Arizona, apparently some ballots were deliberately misprinted so that they would cause the machine to scan so that they could be taken and “cured”. But nothing keeps the people “curing” them from changing what was entered.
In Fairfax, VA, where I work as an election officer, this is not done. If a ballot jams, only the original voter may touch it in order to fix it and rescan it.Duplicate Voters — as the voting rolls of swing states are being investigated, many have significant numbers of duplicate voters. For instance, the DOJ is currently suing Virginia because our duplicate voter numbers are 33% of our total voter list. WAY above the national norm.
Duplicate voters allow cheaters to issue votes as the duplicates and still allows the voter to vote.Extra Ballots — a number of states had extra ballots delivered from outside, already made out, between 2 and 4 on Nov. 3, 2020. There were cameras that caught this. Affidavits signed by workers and by postmen who delivered some of them.
Late Ballots — Numerous postmen reported that they had been told to backdate ballots and other related things, suggesting that fake ballots were being sent late to try to bulk out numbers.
Dead or Moved People — like duplicates, this allows cheaters to vote. In a number of states, people who were dead or moved, etc. voted. Also, in some states, underage voters.
Illegal Voters — people who are not citizens of that state, because they are voting twice in two states or because they are not legally allowed to vote in America.
Illegitimate IDs — non-citizens with legit-looking IDs being allowed to vote
Mules — people were caught on security cameras dropping hundreds of ballots into the mailboxes instead of the few that it would have been legal for them to do. There is a whole movie about this one type of fraud called 2000 Mules.
Stolen Ballots — in one state, all the Military Ballots were for Biden. All of them. Military people tend to vote Republican. Certainly, they would not all have voted for a Democrat. Someone stole the real Military Ballots and replaced them with fake ones.
Polling Place Shenanigans — Closing voting locations early, putting them in hard-to-get-to places, making last-minute changes.
Unclear Ballots — Ballots worded or structured so as to be misleading.
Flash Drives Full of Votes — flash drives added to the vote count that were never scanned at an actual voting precinct. For instance, the current governor of Virginia won her Congressional race in 2020 with an entire flash drive of votes basically just for her.
Voting Machines That Change the Vote — Some voting machines have been proven, recently, to be changing the vote. This particularly involved the machines tied to Smartmatic, the company that helped steal the election some time ago in Venezuela. (Kamala Harris’s husband has ties to this company.)
Hacked Voting Machines — at the time, we were told that the voting machines were not attached to the internet, but in more recent court cases, people have A) testified that they were attached, B) hacked the machine and changed votes in front of the court. This process made it so that they could change the count after it was first recorded, leading to a number of times where the reported count for Trump suddenly went down, an impossible thing.
In one case, in an Arizona election, people from Dominion Voting Machine came into the voting location DURING ELECTION DAY and tinkered with the machines. (In Fairfax, all the voting machines have to be previously calibrated and checked and untouched during the election. This would never have been allowed.)Foreign Influence — In numerous places during 2020, foreign countries were caught influencing the voting machines from the outside. Hacking votes, etc. One woman spent a great deal of her own money (Maria something starting with a Z, I knew her name in 2020-21) who spend a great deal of her own money to get a whistleblower to write an affidavit and to volunteer to come and testify.
This affidavit was delivered to Congress in the morning on January 6th 2021. But it was never read. (For obvious reasons.)
Why didn’t you hear about this? Good question. In Georgia alone, there were 40,000 affidavits related to observed fraud. But they were not investigated until recently.
The DOJ declined to investigate in 2020. Read that again. The DOJ did not investigate and find no fraud. They just refused to investigate.
What about court cases? Most were dismissed and never heard on the merits. (Why this was the case is beyond the scope of this particular post.
