That is the only comfort I have to turn to in these turbulent times for sure. The only hope we have is in our God, and knowing that He is in control. Sometimes He brings us into green pastures; sometimes He takes us through storms, but I have faith and confident hope that He will see me through to the other side, and while the here and now may be hard times and filled with sorrow, I know my God has His sights on eternity, not now. When I see where this country and this world is going socially, I remind myself I am strangers in a foreign land on my pilgrimage to my true home in the kingdom ruled by my true King.
I am thinking of doing a second part called: Can Prayer Xalm Storms. The short answer is: Yes,, of course.
But have another things I could share on that topic.
But I think it's just as true of the mental storm. We think the mental storm around us is inevitable, but we can pray for that to calm the same way we can pray for a storm to calm and aee it go from category 5 to category 1.
Right. So obviously no one's changing the hurricane itself.
If anything's being done, it would have to be some knowledge of what makes it whip up or some knowledge what makes it choose a path.... Like, say, lower air pressure and then you have some kind of a energy wave that lowers the air pressure or some craziness like that.
